the 24th hour of GREAT day ;)

and now i'm back from Thanh Long,
where we feasted ourselves with superbly mouth-watering garlic noodles, roasted crabs & drunken crabs;
with a fantastic finale of delectable banana bread pudding & fried ice cream (also happen to have bananas)

*some weird music*

bananas make my stomach sing, cos monkey loves bananas!

*another weird music*

it's been a slow, relaxing, & enjoyable GREAT day...

and again, in the comfort of my humble pad,
i'm sipping the Cab Sav Special Reserve 2006 from Michael Pozzan.
swirling a sip in my mouth, and letting it flow down my throat.

aahh... nice :)

the 2nd hour of a GREAT day ;)

and you know what?
i had a treasure hunt in my own room, to hunt for my own gift!
very fun! trust the cute gal to give me surprises ;)
and it's a Sony PlayStation Portable! WOOHOO!!!

the 1st hour of a GREAT day ;)

it's interesting how when you are in a different time zone, that a particular day can last more than 24hrs?

it's happening right now.
friends and loved ones from back home called or sms-ed to greet me a "special greeting" on their Sunday, when it wasn't even Sunday here.

and so this special day is prolonged;
and so was my other special day with the cute gal ;)

with a vivid imagination of how this Sunday could have been enjoyed back home, i decided to open up my Cabernet Sauvignon for a little taste of fine life, for my own enjoyment in California.

ooh, this is a VERY GOOD Cab Sav from Sonoma.
it's a Michael Pozzan Special Reserve 2006, for only US$8 haha!
inexpensive right?

Monterey Bay...

Twice in just a week, we brought ourselves to the bay;
exploring the coastal drive, immersing in the beauty of Mother Nature;
at ease with life, enjoying the fine moments...

Pigeon Point Lighthouse

a view of the coastline...

The Lone Cypress...
as lonely as it seems, it stands firm against the waves.

a magnificent sunset... beautiful to the eyes

and my favourite... took me a while to wait for the birds to appear at the sunset

organically green...

Say GOOD MORNING to my organic friends...
There's more variety compared to back home, and more affordably priced too.

And greetings to my green Prius :)
Kinda weird & uneasy with all the electronic gadgetry & unfamilliar breaking system...
But after getting used to it, it is quite a fun car, with a pretty mean sound system.
